Flourish TO GO (4-Pack bundle)

I usually take my probiotics in capsule or food (yogurt, kefir, kimchi or other fermented foods) form but saying that it's also a bit too random for me this way so I was very eager to try this liquid supplement form. For ease of use I chose the travel size of Flourish to GO living probiotics which comes in a 4pk of 100ml brown plastic bottles. The small bottle size is very convenient for traveling be it a day trip or a longer trip and since refrigeration is recommended (for longer life of product) it is not required, which is also useful for traveling. I leave three bottles at home in the refrigerator and bring one with me. The size also allows me to put it in a visible door shelf spot in the fridge so I see it easily. There are suggested ways of taking this product but I just use a tbsp measure and take it straight. The product is under pressure from the bacteria gasses building up so no shaking just gentle invert mix one time and I open it up, smells a bit like the molasses used for the food of the bacteria but definitely doesn't taste like that😆.. it's very sour tasting, not completely unpleasant just a bit of a shock to the tongue palette. The color is brown toned like molasses. I've been taking it once a day and have found that my gut feels better, I'm definitely more regular, and energy is up a bit, so it's been very effective for me and that's only taking it once a day. I like that this product is easy to use, easy to take with me if traveling with the smaller size, and it's priced competitively with other similar products.

My boyfriend has been using Flourish, and we've noticed a difference in how his skin feels. After a week of consistent use, the area on his leg seemed less irritated and smoother. When he stops using it for a while, the difference is noticeable again. Overall, we're pleased with the results.
