The taste is good (or at least tolerable depending on your tastebuds). They are easy to use and the best part is they are good for you. Quality product.

Which is a big deal coming from me, someone who suffers with SEVERE IBS-C. The 8 billion+ CFUs per dose seem effective, and it's helped my overall wellness without any side effects. The glass bottle is premium and eco-friendly. The downside? That robust, tangy molasses flavor is an acquired taste, not super pleasant to swallow straight in my opinion, so I dilute it. Takes a bit to notice changes (2-3 weeks for me), but once it kicked in, solid! Would repurchase, just wish the taste was milder.
